Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
Fully automated, permanently roof-mounted access systems that reach the façade without any on-site assembly or dismantling. Operators work from the roof car or the suspended platform itself, with engineered safety interlocks monitoring every function. Platforms can be designed to store out of sight when parked, and modular, telescopic sections adapt to changing façade lines — making BMUs the benchmark solution for towers of any height or architectural complexity.
Fixed & Powered Davits
A cost-effective alternative where a full BMU isn't required. Two-piece davit masts and booms detach easily for relocation and storage, and wheeled bases protect the roof surface during positioning. Track-mounted powered davit carriages extend the same principle to low-, mid- and high-rise buildings, and are especially useful where rooftop equipment, parapet height or limited landing space rule out a self-powered platform.
Ladders & Traveling Gantries
Track-mounted, manually driven or powered ladders and gantries for glazed atriums, sloped roofs and other surfaces a standard cradle can't reach. Telescopic sections follow changing façade lines, giving technicians safe, repeatable access for glass cleaning as well as routine maintenance of lighting and overhead fire-suppression systems.
Monorails
The preferred solution for recessed or overhanging façades, cantilevered eyebrows and the underside of glazed atriums. A rail closely follows the roofline or façade profile, carrying manual or powered trolleys that suspend the access platform exactly where it's needed — including on inclined runs, where ground-level obstructions would rule out other systems.
Permanent Lifelines
Engineered horizontal lifeline systems for rooftops without parapets and for industrial environments with an ongoing fall hazard. A dual-cable design keeps the operator continuously connected and hands-free along the full length of the system, with multiple entry and exit points so technicians can join the line wherever the task requires.
